In addition to these properties, they have negotiated commercial leases, entitled mixed-use master plans (over 3,000 acres), and constructed commercial buildings.

Within this category we intensely focus our efforts on integrated, mixed-use communities in locations where long-term viability is most likely. Mixed-use projects require a greater level of detail and analysis, but we feel generate the longest benefit from a risk-adjusted return basis.
